It is a 3 STAR HOTEL IN A CONVIENT LOCATION. It is not perfect there is noise because it is next to a station. BUT IT IS VALUE FOR MONEY. You need to be realistic and if you want better go 4 star and ...
Areas for improvement:
The shower recess is dated cos it is a step over bathtub. However remember it is only 3 star and they do not hide that fact.
